A customized mindfulness presentation, workshop or course will be created and presented based on the goals of the company. All participants will leave the training with mindfulness tools to use immediately at work and in their lives. Mindfulness and resilience training that focuses on the unique needs of healthcare providers to build resilience and prevent or treat burnout.  Participants will learn mindfulness and resilience skills to decrease stress and anxiety and improve productivity, focus and creativity.

Mindfulness and Resilience Course for Everyone

The 4-week course focuses on mindfulness and resilience skills and techniques to decrease anxiety and stress, increase joy and compassion during these uncertain times and beyond. Participants will learn skills to use in everyday life.
