How we work together:

After an assessment of your companies mission and goals, a program is created to meet your needs. The mindfulness presentation, workshop or course is presented in an accessible and engaging environment. All participants leave the training with mindfulness tools to use immediately at work and in their lives. In addition, mentoring is available for employees to become mindfulness and resilience ambassadors. Participants will receive mediation recordings and resources to develop and deepen their mindfulness and resilience skills beyond the training.

Mindfulness practices are proven to increase creativity and joy and decrease stress and anxiety. The skills learned in our presentations, course series, and workshops are applicable to both work and personal lives.

Single Presentation

60 - 90 minutes

During the 1 to 1.5 hour interactive session, both formal and informal mindfulness are defined, mindfulness skills and techniques are learned and formal meditations are practiced in an accessible and welcoming environment.

Course Series

4 - 8 Class Sessions

This series of 4 - 8 classes are designed specifically to meet your company’s stated goals. All course participants will have the opportunity to incorporate mindfulness and resilience skills into their work and personal lives each week.

Workshop

2 - 8 Hours

A custom designed half or full-day workshop teaches participants mindfulness and resilience skills and techniques to utilize at work and in their personal lives. This workshop can be a stand-alone training; it also makes a great addition to a team retreat.

  • Neuro Science and Mindfulness - Learn how meditation and mindfulness affects and changes the brain and nervous system

  • Stress management with Mindfulness - Learn how to create a pause to choose how to respond instead of automatically react in stressful situations and in life
