Meditations 

Informal mindfulness is bringing attention and kindness to life’s daily activities.  The following mindfulness technique videos were developed for healthcare professionals during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic to incorporate awareness techniques into daily life, allowing essential workers to cope with stress and anxiety and to savor life’s joyful moments. Practice these techniques when you are relaxed so they are more readily available to you during moments of stress.

(3 Minutes) Mindfulness technique to ground yourself in the present moment when experiencing a moment of stress or anxiety - or in a moment of joy.

(5 minutes) Mindfulness meditation encourages you to practice loving kindness phrases for yourself and for others too.

(3 minutes) Learn mindfulness techniques to help you to experience the present moment with three of your senses.

Mindfulness is developed by increasing the muscle of attention through formal meditation practice. The following mediation records were created for you to begin or deepen your mindfulness practice.
